CURRENTLY TAKING NEW CLIENTS
If you’re feeling stuck or not quite yourself, you’re not alone.
You might be feeling overwhelmed, lost, or unsure of what to do next.
I offer a calm, supportive space where you can begin to make sense of what’s going on, at your own pace, without pressure or judgement.
We can do it together.
ABOUT ME
Amy is an Integrative Therapist who offers a grounding space to explore what’s important to you.
Her approach focuses on building a genuine and trusting relationship, where you can feel safe to be yourself. Amy works collaboratively, making effort to understand what your needs are and supports you in making sense of your experiences and moving towards change.
Amy has experience of working with a variety of struggles and takes an individual approach, focusing on what feels most helpful and meaningful for each person. She has a growing interest in trauma-informed work.
She currently offers remote video sessions on a weekly or fortnightly basis at £35 per session, with a focus on keeping therapy accessible.
